One number · no app · no login

The office manager you don't have.

Text Piper like you'd text one. It remembers every customer, files the job, drafts the invoice, and chases what's owed. The stuff you'd never get to.

Example: a contractor texts “just finished the attic job 1800 venmo” and Piper replies that it marked the invoice paid and set a follow-up, saving the customer record, marking the invoice paid, and scheduling a 6-month follow-up automatically.

What Piper does

Six jobs.
One phone number.

Piper is a back office that lives in your texts. It remembers every customer, reads your crumpled photos, drafts the paperwork, and chases what's owed. So nobody's asking you what happened with that guy from Tuesday.

The big one

Text it however it comes out. Piper figures it out.

One-handed thumbs at 6pm in the truck. No app, no forms, no dropdowns. Piper reads what you wrote, files it under the right customer, and asks one quick question if a name is ambiguous instead of guessing.

attic done 1800 venmo also new lead tmrw 9 estimate
Got it. Attic job closed, $1,800 paid (Venmo). New lead estimate booked for tomorrow 9 AM. Need the address?
Photos of estimates

Snap it. Piper reads it.

Crumpled, handwritten, smeared ink, bad angle in the truck? Send the photo. Piper types it up clean and files it under the right customer. Works on receipts and supplier quotes too.

Email too

Forward an email, get the same answer.

Piper has its own inbox. Supplier quotes, customer threads, lead intros from your website. Forward them in and they land next to everything else. One assistant. Doesn't matter which channel.

Real paperwork

Invoices, estimates, spreadsheets, drafted.

"Send the customer an invoice for the attic." Piper drafts a clean PDF in your name and hands it back over text for one tap to send. Same for estimates, contracts, and a spreadsheet of every job this quarter.

Follow-ups

Payment chases. Six-month check-ins. Reviews.

Piper remembers what's open and who's overdue. At 9pm on a Friday it drafts the nudge in your voice and waits for your nod.

The whole crew

One number for everyone on the truck.

You, your foreman, the guy who started Monday. Everyone texts the same number. Piper knows who's who and keeps every customer scoped to your business, never anyone else's.

Who it's for

Built first for the
guy in the truck.

Same Piper for every trade. We started with insulation because that's where our first design partner runs. But anyone who lives off their phone and a clipboard fits.

Real output

It doesn't just reply.
It produces.

Every thread runs in its own cloud sandbox. Piper drafts the actual PDF, reads the actual receipt, and queues the actual follow-up. Here's what comes back from a few real texts.

I'm on every job site, so the office used to wait for nights and weekends. Now I run it from my phone between jobs. Leads don't slip, estimates and invoices go out the same day, the follow-ups happen on their own. I handle the crew and the work, Piper handles the rest.

Under the hood

It looks like a text.
It's a database.

Every message updates a real relational store: customers, jobs, invoices, payments, reminders. One text from the truck writes six records. It's a real AI agent with memory, not a chatbot.

Piper watches what's open and what's overdue. When something's due, it drafts the message in your voice and waits for your nod, so the follow-ups you'd never get to actually go out, even at 9pm on a Friday.

FAQ

The honest
answers.

The questions contractors actually ask before they try it. If yours isn't here, text the demo number. Piper will field it.

How do I start? Is there an app?

No app, no login, no setup. You text the number like you'd text anyone else, on iMessage, SMS, or RCS, and Piper texts back. You can be up and running before you finish your coffee.

Is this just ChatGPT for contractors?

No. Piper is an AI assistant built for your business, not a chat window. ChatGPT forgets you the moment you close the tab; Piper keeps a real memory of every customer, job, and invoice. It actually does the work: drafts the PDF, marks the invoice paid, schedules the follow-up. Not a chatbot that talks about it.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Piper has its own number and its own email. You save it and text it like you'd text an assistant, from your own phone. Nothing to forward, nothing to port, nothing for your customers to notice.

Can the whole crew use it?

Yes. The whole crew texts the same number and Piper knows who's who. Every customer and job stays scoped to your business, so nothing gets crossed up between people.

What if Piper gets something wrong?

When a name or amount is unclear, Piper asks one quick question instead of guessing, and reads numbers and dates back before it commits. Anything that touches a customer is gated behind your approval until you decide to loosen it.

What happens to my data? Can I cancel?

Your data stays yours. Every conversation runs in its own private thread and sandbox, kept separate from everyone else's. We don't train models on it. Cancel anytime, no contract, and export everything to CSV on the way out.

Still curious?

Try it on a real text.

The fastest way to know if Piper fits is to send it a message about a real job you're working on right now. It replies in under ten seconds. If the answer doesn't feel obvious in three texts, we don't deserve your business.
