The service

Piper is a managed assistant you reach by text. It helps you track customers, draft documents, and follow up on jobs. Piper assists with your back office; you remain responsible for the work you bill and the commitments you make to your own customers.

Acceptable use

Use Piper for your legitimate business. Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Messaging

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

Design-partner note

Piper is in an early access period. Features and pricing may change as we work with our first partners ahead of general availability.
