What we collect

Piper processes the messages you send it and the files you attach (photos, receipts, documents) so it can do the work you ask for — remembering customers, drafting invoices, and scheduling follow-ups.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate Piper on your behalf. We do not sell it, and we do not use the contents of your conversations to train third-party models.

Retention & deletion

You can ask Piper to delete a customer record or your entire workspace at any time. Text DELETE or email us and we will remove your data within 30 days.

Design-partner note

Piper is currently in early access with a design partner. This policy will be expanded before general availability.
